Default Print format like a magazine

How do I print like magazines do, without the border around the page to be
cut off, i want to use the whole page completely, including the borders

Default

Find out what your printer margin limitations are and go from there. Open WordPad,
file, page setup, input zero into each margin, WordPad will default to your printer
limitation.
If you have a full bleed or Letter.extra type printer then read your documentation
and learn how to setup your pages.
