How to print blank merge data as a blank line?
Mail merge (Word versions earlier than 2003) use to have an option to print
blank data as a blank line. Now my Word 2003 don't print a blank line for blank datas. Where can I find the option to change above problem? |

Try going to Tools|Customize|Commands, select All Commands, locate
MailMergeHelper and drag it to a toolbar. You should find the option in there. Warning: I cannot tell whether it affects your merge but the Word no longer /suppresses/ blank lines (even when the feature is specified, which it is by default) when the lines are generated inside a field such as an IF field or INCLUDETEXT field.
