Default Mail Merge Changing Date Format HELP!!!

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone has a solution for this problem, I have a Excel
Document i am merging into a Word Document, But when i merge the document the
date format changes from Australian to American. (eg. AUS 1/26/06 - US
26/1/06)

Both my word and Excell documents are formated for Austrailian Spelling and
Grammer. I dont know why this is happening or how to fix it. Can someone
please help?

You probably need a formatting switch on the field -

See also the note under the first illustration.
