There are many ways to accomplish this; the primary objective is to put the
content of the permission slip at the bottom of the page. You can do this
with paragraph spacing or by putting it in a text box or frame. You can
insert a broken line as an AutoShape from the Drawing toolbar or as a border
on a paragraph or frame.
