Default Hide Gridlines as default setting

We use Word 2000 in Terminal Server under Windows Server 2000. I would like
table gridlines not be shown as default in all documents for all users. Is it
possible to set this in a AD policy and how would this policy look like?

Any other ideas of setting this as default are also welcomed!
