comments - highlighting
Hello everyone,
I have recently upgraded to Office 2003. I have text highlighted in my document along with comments in the document. I used to be able to see the highlighted text through the comments, but this no longer works. Is there a way in order to turn off the comments color (but leave the comments on) to see the highlighted text below? or have the highlighted text be on top of the comments color? thanks for the help! doug S |

You cannot do what you want to do. The closest you can get:
1. Open the Reviewing Pane so you can see the comments below. 2. Change the view to "Final Showing Markup" Now, the comments will still be "on," and you can see them in the reviewing pane, and the highlighting will show through. -- Douglas Ryan VanBenthuysen Office System Solutions Specialist 3Sharp http://blogs.3sharp.com/Blog/dougv/ "doug S." wrote: Hello everyone, I have recently upgraded to Office 2003.
