Autocorrect entries creating and deleting

Word 2002
I have managed to delete Word's default autocorrect entries. How do I delete
multiple autocorrect entries that are under the replace heading?

Also, I am trying to add an entry called IM. Even though CAPS LOCK is on it
does not capitalize the letter i but it does the letter m and it looks like
this iM. Is there anyway to get around this?
