Default page wrapping

ive got this big history project due in for school next friday and my word
had messed around with me for ages. now its decided to cut the page layout so
that it sticks to the edges(top and bottom) of the text, its got something to
do with the rulers.

any one know how i can stop this from happening?

In Word, click on File | Page Setup | Layout | Vertical alignment: Top |
Apply to: Whole document | OK.

Maybe click on Tools | Options | View | check the "White space between
pages" box | OK.
