How do you add the equation editor icon to the standard toolbar??

Tools Customize, select the Commands tab and choose Edit. Locate the
Equation Editor button and drag to your Standard toolbar.

I should have said Tools Customize, select the Commands tab and select
Insert (not Edit), then find the Equation editor button and click and drag it
to your Standard toolbar.
