Default Result in form field to generate comment in next field

Hi All
I searched for this but have not found anything specific enough.
I'm designing a form to be used as a Hospital Clinic letter. In one form
field i (or my secretary!) will be entering a number (biochemical result). I
would like this result to generate a comment in the next field.

Basically the number will range from 5 to 14. Any number less than 7.5 needs
to generate a comment of 'good control'. Values between 7.6 and 9 need to
generate a comment of 'control needs improvement' and values 9.1 or above
needs to generate a comment of 'dangerously poor control'.

Any help very gratefully received.

Thanks

Phil

Each formfield is given a bookmark name. You can find or change it in the
field's properties. You'll also want the property for "calculate on exit"
checked. Then use IF fields to test the value of this property and display
the commentary you desire.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." For more
about online forms, follow the links at

Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at

Hope this helps,
