Default In Word 2007, how do I access the "Insert Date" drop down list?

In previous versions of Word, you could use Insert Date and a drop down
list appeared from which you could choose the appropriate variation of the
date. I can't seem to find a similar command in Word 2007 (other than an
auto complete thing which didn't work as it should!).

In the Insert ribbon tab, there's a Date & Time tool in the Text section of
the ribbon, which I believe is what you're looking for.

If that location is inconvenient, right-click Date & Time, and choose Add to
Quick Access Toolbar.
