copying header/footer formatting across documents
hullo:-
I have a document which contains a letterhead and footer (text/logo in the 'header' and 'footer' boxes) and want to copy this onto several other pre-written seperate documents. Is there a simpler way to do this than copying and pasting, which messes up the formatting (there are text boxes in the footer)? If not, is there a way to copy simultaneously two text boxes and some non-text-boxed text (i.e. the text and the formatting for the entire footer)? Pressing CTRL + A only captures either the text in the boxes and not the formatting or the non-text-boxed text and nothing else. Holding the copied text with the CTRL button doesn't capture the formatting (text boxes). I'm using Word 2002. thanks |
