Default How do I place a watermark shadow saying "Copy" across a document.

Possibly the real problem is that I don't know the correct terminology for
this thing that prints a shadow message in the background, like a watermark
that can be seen, but doesn't hide the typed information on the page. It
doesn't have to be "Copy", it could say "Duplicate" or "Secret" or whatever
you want.
