Change WHO a merged email is from
I am using Word 2003 to send merged email messages through Outlook 2003. I
want to change who the email is from as you would when sending a message directly from Outlook by entering in a different email address in the FROM field. Is there a way to do this when sending a merged email? Thanks! |

Change WHO a merged email is from
Using Outlook, 'out of the box', the only way is to temporarily change the
default e-mail account to that of the sender for the duration of the merge. MAPILab's Mailmerge toolkit add-in for Outlook http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/mail_merge/ allows you to select the account during the merge (and adds a few other useful functions) so is worth a look if you need to do this. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Gail wrote: I am using Word 2003 to send merged email messages through Outlook 2003.
