"Refresh Data" button
I have a document that was set up as a template for business cards so when I
want to change the name on the card, I used to just hit the "Refresh Data" button in the the toolbar and I could update easily but now I can't seem to find the "Refresh Data" button, not even by going to View - Toolbars. Anyone know what happened to it or how I can get it back? Thanks! |

"Refresh Data" button
This sounds like a function that was previously supplied with the template.
If the document is in the form of a table, then the macro at http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm will update the rest of the labels to match whatever you change in the first. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Jess4620 wrote: I have a document that was set up as a template for business cards so when I want to change the name on the card, I used to just hit the "Refresh Data" button in the the toolbar and I could update easily but now I can't seem to find the "Refresh Data" button, not even by going to View - Toolbars.
