I cannot download the CD. We (unfortunately!) use Vista on our computer.
Could it be Vista, or could it be our antivirus software?

I am sorry you are having problems downloading what you want. However, you
don't provide enough information to enable even the wildest guess as to what
is or is not happening.

I doubt if you are actually trying to download the CD. In any case, as far
as I know, no one has worked out a way to get the plastic molecules through
the copper wire pairs of common Telco wire or coaxial cable or fiber optics
or any type of RF signal. OK. I'm being rather silly, but you get the point.
;-)

I'm sure someone would be glad to help if you could send information about
what you tried and what happened. Include and error messages. Exact wording
often helps.

If what you want is a commercial product from some www site, often they have
a support or help link somewhere on their pages which might be worth a click
or two.

Without any clues as to what happens, it could be almost anything including
the user inserting the CD upside down.

Close. The user thinks the CD drawer is for the coffee cup and that
downloading is referring to the location of the CD (up the steps).

Ohhhhhhhhh - I use mine to hold my tea cup. Maybe that's why it still works.

Tea, not being as dense as coffee, doesn't put such downward pressure on the
opened drawer...;-)
