when i save from a powerpoint to word it gets saved in computer language and
i cant read it. anybody know what i'm doing wrong?

Hi Jody,

If you're save a Powerpoint file to your disk drive and then trying to open it in MS Word it won't work. Word can't read the MS
Powerpoint file format.

You can copy and paste between the two while both are open or you can use, in Powerpoint, File=Send to Microsoft Word (creates
really large Word files though), or for just the text content in Powerpoint use File=Save as .RTF. RTF files can be opened in
Word.
