How do I enable the Mail Merge option under Letters and Mailings?
All four options on this sub-menu are subdued. Help gives no help on how to
enable any of these. |

How do I enable the Mail Merge option under Letters and Mailings?
These options are normally greyed out unless you have a document open (e.g.
