I have an existing table in a .mht file that I am editing with Word 2002.
When I highlight one particular section, bullets and numbering are grayed out
on both the tool bar and the Format drop-down list. Of course, this is the
one section I need to convert to a bullet list! I assume there is something
in a setting that is causing this, but I can't figure out what. Help!
