Spacing
I have a 2-column table of names and addresses. Some of the cells are larger
than others. How do I delete the space below some of the smaller cells so I can fit more on a page? Also, when I take out the gridlines, the names and addresses run together. Suzy Joan P. O. Box 1 P. Change the paragraph formatting of the styles applied to your text. Adjust
the cell spacing/padding. The following might help. http://addabalance.com/usersguide/tables.htm and http://addbalance.com/usersguide/basic_formatting.htm. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
