Default Office File Converter Pack for Word 2000

Will "Office File Converter Pack", "OCONVPCK.EXE" convert Word 2003 documents
so Word 2000 can read them?

Thanks.

Word 2000 and Word 2003 share the same basic file format, so no
conversion is required. There are a few new features in Word 2003 that
might not convert correctly in Word 2000, but these features shouldn't
stop you from opening the file.
