Default Inserting Tables from Excel in a picture frame in Word.

Hi

I have problems when I insert a excel sheet into a single cell table in
Word. It looks ok when i leave the document, but if i update the link, it
rezises itself. Pretty annoying you could say. (The reason for keeping the
link is I guess obvious. Changes made in one file are to be automatically
updated in others).

The reason for keeping the link is obvious ... but the reason for inserting
the worksheet into a single cell table isn't. Have you tried just inserting
it into the document rather than a table cell?

Also, how did you insert it? Did you Insert Object or Copy Paste
Special? The way it was inserted could have something to do with it resizing.
