Use Word. Set up the page for three (newspaper-style) columns. Set the space
between columns equal to the sum of your left and right margins. Then set up
the invitation once in the first column and copy/paste into the others. Note
that if you had Publisher, I'd advise that instead, as you need only set the
invitation up once and set Publisher to print it three times on a page.

Use a three cell single row table and copy the information between the
cells - see http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm and if necessary

I would avoid a table for this purpose because (a) unless you add narrow
columns between the three main columns, you have "margin" issues to deal
with, and (b) there are some kinds of formatting that are much more
difficult inside a table (especially those involving floating graphics).
With columns you avoid these issues.
