Q&A format for testimony
How would I format Word using a lettered list so that the only letters being
used are "Q" and "A". This format would be used in drafting testimony (or any other Q&A type format). Now if I start a paragraph with "Q", when I hit enter to begin the answer paragraph, Word automatically inserts an "R". I want to keep cycling between "Q" and "A" only. Thanks. -- Stan K. |

Define two styles, one called Question, the other Answer. Set up the Q and A
not as number lists (which is what Word is defaulting to at present) but as bullets. Set the 'Style for following paragraph' for Question to be Answer and vice versa. "Stan" wrote in message ...
