Place the insertion point on the page following the "missing" one. On the
View menu, click Header and Footer. On the Header and Footer toolbar, click
the Format Page Number button. In the Page Number Format dialog box, click
the "Continue from previous section" option, and then click OK. Click Close
to close the header/footer area. For more, see
