I believe that making sure "same as previous" in the header/footer toolbar is
deselected on the page of the header you want hidden and then deselected again on the following page should work. Hope that made since. Try and let me know... "Matt" wrote: How do I hide a header on one particular page (that isnt the first page? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks MJ |

I think thats the solution...I'm having problems implementing it. I think
you need to divide the document into sections.... I'll let you know when I get there Cheer mate |

Right, forgot to mention that, sorry. You must put a section break before
and after the header that you want to differ from the others. Duh, me! "MJ" wrote: I think thats the solution...I'm having problems implementing it. I think you need to divide the document into sections.... I'll let you know when I get there Cheer mate |

See http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Number...eNumbering.htm. The example
given for a conditional page number can be applied to the entire header. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup. No, you do _not_ need sections. See my other post. Take a look at

No, you don't NEED sections, but that is the easiest solution other than
having to enter the complex codes listed in the article, which may create more problems than the original simple dilemma... "Charles Kenyon" wrote: No, you do _not_ need sections. See my other post.
