I accidently deleted AutoText entries (path and filename, for example) and
can't figure out how to restore!

Rename your Normal.dot template as described in the "Creating a new
Normal.dot from scratch" section of
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/...ocNotBlank.htm .
