Runtime error 5941 The requested member of the collection does not exist. Insufficient information. The error indicates that VBA code is trying to execute, but no way for us to determine what the origin might be. Try starting Word in Safe Mode and see if the problem goes away. If it does, start looking for macros on your system, and remove Addins until you locate the source.
