Default How I can set some words as read only in a paragraph in Microsoft.

I am writing a filling blank parragraph. What I want to do is the set as
read only the entire paragraph but let the user to write in the "filling
blanks". How make some words in the paragraph as read only in Microsoft Word?

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
