Default How do I set up Microsoft Word

How do I set up Microsoft Word to always open my documents is the NORMAL VIEW?

Existing documents will open in the view in which they were saved. In
theory, new documents will open in the view in which the template was saved.
This is not always true of Normal.dot, and sometimes a macro will be
required to bring it into line, but see
