Default How can I change the color of the font for help text on forms?

Is there a way to change the color of the help text font added to a form?
That is, the text that one types after selecting "Type your own" for help
text associated with a drop down box or text box associated with a form.

I would like to be able to make the text more noticeable.

No, there's no way you can affect how Help text is displayed (other than the
actual content)
