Auto-Correct List Modification?
Is there a way to modify the auto-correct list without entering each item
individually? I'm a medical transcriptionist, and I want to add a large number of items to the list of things Word will replace for me. I just don't want to have to do them individually (it will take too long). Is there a way to do this? |

That was a great link that I'm sure will be helpful in the future, but I have
a file of thousands of little word abbreviations that AutoCorrect can expand, and I have never entered them into an ACL file at all. What I'm looking for is a way to enter them in a batch somehow. Can anyone help? "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote: See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...utocorrect.htm -- Suzanne S. The macro offered at that page creates a text file that can be edited. You
can paste in your additional entries. -- Suzanne S.
