Default Word 2003 Outline and Sections

Having problems with 2003 Word outlines. I have turned off automatic
updates and can't get the Section 2 format I'm trying for. What else
can I do? Section 1 numbering is

1.1.1.1

Section 2 numbering needs to be
C.0
C.1
C.1.1
C.1.1.1


How many sections do you have?


And:

Will you need to make such a change for each section?
