Inserting a drop down menu field
I would like to create a drop-down menu in Word 2003 with objects or pictures
as the choices instead of text. Is this possible? |

You can't literally have pictures in the dropdown, only text is allowed there. But if you save the pictures as AutoText entries, you can have a dropdown that contains the names of the entries; selecting one inserts the picture in place of the dropdown. See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFl...toTextList.htm for instructions. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
