Hi, Just installed Office 2003, but cannot find the short cut tool bar I
used to in Office 2000.

Right click on an unused area of the tool bar. Click on the tool bar(s) that
you want to see.

The bottom line is that there is not any way to get the OSB back in Office
2003. There are articles that address this issue, such as "What?? No Office

You can custom-install the Office Shortcut Bar feature from Office 2000
into Office 2003, and add your Office 2003 programs to the OSB as
described at in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=822573 "Office
Shortcut Bar is not included in Office 2003".
