After merge I need to see the letters under the prompt box to edit
I'm new to Word 2003 from WordPerfect and am having trouble recreating
some of my keyboard merge forms in Word. I am able to get the mail merge to work correctly but I need to edit the letters after the merge with information that is unique to each letter. I have programmed the prompts with the questions I need to ask but, I need to see each merged letter under the prompt box so I know which questions to insert in the letter. Is there a way to make the merged letter show under the fill in prompt boxes? Thanks so much for taking time to help me answer my question. |
