Hide Comments
Hello all,
I know how to turn off the display of comments for a document, but when I reopen it, or open a new one, the comments are there again. How do I turn off the display of comments permanently (until and unless I want to see them)? TIA, Steve |

If using 2003, you can go to Tools/Options/Security tab then unclick "make
hidden markup visible when opening or saving".
