Default Top of page in Word does not display. Margins are set correctly

Top Margin set to one inch, but when Word opens it does not display the one
inch margin. Cursor looks like it is at the very top of the page. Print
preview shows the correct position. I have deleted 'normal.dot' and
reinstalled Word. Did not fix problem. I am on a corporate network -
HelpDesk hasn't got a clue...they have the same problem.

In Word, if you are working in Normal view, then switch to Print
Layout view. Then click on Tools | Options | View | check the
"White space between pages" box | OK.

It's your turn to help the Help Desk - or better yet, let 'em figure it out
for themselves ;

THANKYOU, garfield. I REALLY feel 'tupid' now, but at least I can go back to
the Help Desk and TELL them how to fix it!
