Default Printing envelopes from a typed list

Is there a way I can do a mass mailing from a typed list of addresses? I
have typed a list in word 2003, but only the first address prints in an
envelope. When I go into document type envelope, it takes my list and puts
as many as will fit on one envelope without a return address and on the left
side. Thanks for any help. Terri

If your addresses are formatted in a list going down the page, for several
pages, this Knowledge Base article from Microsoft is probably the easiest way
to re-format the addresses so that they will print out in the envelope paper
size, one after the other. The way it's printing now is just the pages one
after another --- Word doesn't know that you want envelopes unless you tell
it so in the File - Page Setup command. The other way to print out many
envelopes is to use mail merge using merge fields and the mail merge feature
in Word.

Alice - you were a great help. One more question - how do I get the return
address to print on the envelope? Thanks. Terri
