Default proof read and auto-annotate a document

I've been correcting documents for consideration by the authors in
four steps by
Hilighting the bad word, changing the colour to blue, strikethrough,
type correct word in blue.

I saw someone do this in one step. Simply correct the word and press
enter.
Word then did the rest automatically.

How do I set it up?

Thanks
Tony
