Default grouping

I am having trouble grouping a picture with a text box. I have managed to
group an object with my text box. I put both of them over the pciture where
I want it to be; clicked ungroup and tried to get all three frames to lite up
at the same time but I cannot get that to happen. I have tried holding the
shift key as well. How can I group them all together?

Possibly the picture is formatted as "inline with text" (Word
2002 or 2003) or not "float over text" (Word 97)? Inline objects
cannot be grouped with wrapped objects... all objects have to be
wrapped.

If all three objects are wrapped, then you might try clicking on
the Select Objects tool (the big white arrow at the left end of
the Drawing toolbar), and then drawing a big box around all three
objects to select them.
