You may be encoutering this message because an anti-virus program is not
allowing the file to open. This can be caused by one of two conditions.

I get a popup that says i can't get into word because of an antivirus
program but even when i turn the program off i still can't get into any of my
documents. After that i have to click on several things just to exit the word
because it says if i want to save my document or template. This is a nuisance
because i can't enter ANY of my old or new saved documents.
