Merging multi-line fields
I have a merg field which contains multi-lline data. How can I choose only
the first line of the multi-line field to merge in my document? |

There is no way to do that with mailmerge other than to insert the
mergefield into a cell of a table that has its dimensions fixed so that only the first line of data is displayed. Apart from that, you would have to modify the data source. -- Hope this helps.
