Label Gridlines
Is there a way to set the gridlines to show by default instead of always
having to go to Table - Show Gridlines. JLD |

Label Gridlines
In my experience Word remembers your last setting as to Show/Hide Gridlines
and and uses it the next time you create a table. Does this happen when you create new tables? Or when opening documents that already have tables in them? "JLD" wrote in message ... In either case it defaults to no gridlines, I am using Word 2002.

Label Gridlines
Display the gridlines in the default Document1, then quit Word. When you
restart Word, it should remember the setting. -- Suzanne S.
