Forms
Hi
I am creating a simple form. The first section of the form contains a drop down menu with customized options. Other parts of the document need to use this information. Is there an easy way for this "duplicate" information to automatically be populated when the drop down menu has been selected? Cheers. |

See http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm.
What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." For more about online forms, follow the links at http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms (the above link was there) or http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian Chapman's series of articles.
