How do I save the Title name in properties, the same name as the document
without going into properties everytime to change the name?

How do I save the Title name in properties, the same name as the document
without going into properties everytime to change the name?

You'd need to use macro code for this. For example:

Sub SetDocTitle()
ActiveDocument.BuiltInDocumentProperties( _
"Title").Value = ActiveDocument.Name
End Sub
