Hi ?B?amFuZGVyczk4MQ==?=,

Does anyone know how to get a Table of Figures for captions to pictures with
square text wrapping?

The problem is that Word can't "see" the caption text in a text box - which is
how Word has been programmed to insert a caption for a picture with text flow
formatting.

The best option, IMO, is to
- convert the picture to "inline with text"
- draw a frame (from the FORMS toolbar)
- move the picture into it
- make sure the selection is next to the picture, still within the frame
(press the right arrow key)
- insert the caption

Both the caption and the picture will be inside the frame, and can be picked up
for a TOF. They'll also stay together when you move the frame.

Thanks for help. Frames does give correct solution, but why should I have
"inline with text"? The pictures are small and room is easily available for
paragraph on right or left of picture. The square format is preferred.

You can wrap text around the frame, but the text and graphic must be inline
in order to go in the frame.
