Default Mailmerge to create list sorted by category not working

Hi,

I am trying to follow MS QB 294686, however this is only displaying a single
entry for employee and salary.

Can anyone point me to a example file which I can download?

It works fine using your data if you change the field names

{ IF{ Mergeseq } = "1" "{ Mergefield Street }
" ""}{ SET Place1{ Mergefield Street } }
{ IF{ Place2 } { Place1 } "
{ Mergefield Street }
{ Mergefield City } { Mergefield Model } { Mergefield Code }" "{ Mergefield
City } { Mergefield Model } { Mergefield Code }" }{ Set Place2 { Mergefield
Street } }

Note that this is a directory/catalog merge and you must merge to a new
document to see the results.
