Need to retrieve a deleted file
I deleted a backup file that I had saved on a network drive. I deleted it
directly from the folder and have verified that it does not show up in my recycle bin. When I checked the Save options in Word, I found the "Make local copies of files stored on network or removable drives" option checked. This leads me to believe (and desperately hope) that there may be a copy of this file stored on my C drive. I cannot find any information on this feature in the help files. Can anyone direct me to where on my C drive these files might be saved? Thanks!! |

Check with your IT staff. They should be making daily backups.
