That's a printer function -- not a Word function.

Duplexing is a printer setting; if your printer is capable of duplexing,
there will be a check box somewhere in your printer Properties to enable
this feature.

But if you're asking how to set up a document so that it will look right
when duplexed, be aware that you can use "Mirror margins" and/or a gutter to
have more space on the inside edge than the outside, and you can use
"Different odd and even" headers and footers to have alternating running
heads on recto and verso pages; see
